Women showed a notably higher satisfaction level (87.6%) than men (56.1%), with the difference statistically significant. The primary causes of discontent among men included the presence of a residual bump on the nose bridge, a nose tip that wasn’t lifted enough, and perceptions of their nose being too small. On the other hand, women frequently reported dissatisfaction due to a remaining nose bridge bump, a tip that lacked upward rotation, and a tip that appeared too round.
